Life Science Department
Established in 1991 as the company’s first division, the Life Science Department focuses on importing and distributing advanced instruments, reagents, consumables, and software for research and education in physiology, pharmacology, neuroscience, new drug development, animal science, and sports physiology.
Representative products include:
• Wireless telemetry systems for physiological signal acquisition and analysis from DSI (USA)
• Comprehensive data acquisition systems for animal and human physiology from ADI (Australia)
These systems are widely adopted by leading universities and research centers in Taiwan, helping scientists collect cleaner data, gain deeper insights, and achieve more meaningful results.

In 1999, KUO YANG established the Science Education Department, becoming the official distributor of PASCO Scientific (USA) — one of the world’s most recognized brands in STEM education.
The department introduces state-of-the-art digital science instruments and modern inquiry-based learning methodologies across physics, chemistry, biology, and earth science.
Through data-driven and interactive experiments, students are inspired to explore, question, and truly understand science — making learning both intuitive and joyful.

Human Research Department
To strengthen services in psychology and human factors research, the Human Research Department was founded in 2005 and later expanded in 2007 as the Human Research & Medical Education Department.
Key product lines include:

• 256-channel EEG systems from EGI (USA)
• Wireless biofeedback systems from Mind Media (Netherlands)
• Integrated behavioral and physiological analysis platforms from Noldus (Netherlands)
In 2008, the department further introduced intelligent patient simulators and high-fidelity cardiopulmonary training systems from METI (now CAE Healthcare, USA) and Harvey (USA).
These advanced simulation technologies are now used in medical schools and hospitals to reduce human error, improve clinical training, and enhance patient safety — a true realization of “technology serving life.”
